Policies To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The balance is due sixty days prior to arrival. Additionally, a security deposit of $5000.00 is required. All rates quoted are in US dollars and are exclusive of a 10% government tax and 10% service charge. Peak season requires a ten night minimum stay. Check in time is 3.00pm. No smoking is allowed indoors, no pets (without permission), no children under ten years. Maximum occupancy is ten persons. If cancelled sixty days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 administration fee. There is absolutely no refund for cancellations within sixty days of arrival.
